2. Booking & Payment

Course payments are made in accordance with the booking instructions published on the website. Payment for 1:2:1 sessions and pay-as-you-go classes is due at the end of the session or as soon as reasonably possible thereafter by BACS.

3. Suitability for Training

Dogs with a history of aggression, biting or behaviour that may present a risk to people or other dogs must attend an initial 1:2:1 assessment before being considered for group training. New Beginnings Dog Training reserves the right to determine the most appropriate training option for every dog.

4. Owner Responsibilities

Owners remain legally responsible for their dog at all times whilst attending any session, class, event or activity organised by New Beginnings Dog Training. Owners are responsible for ensuring their dog remains under appropriate control and accept responsibility for any injury, loss or damage caused by their dog. Any known behavioural concerns, including aggression or previous bite history, must be disclosed before attendance.

5. Training Standards & Welfare

Training is delivered using fair, relationship-based methods with the welfare of both dogs and people being paramount. Clients are expected to follow all reasonable instructions given by the instructor to ensure a safe and productive learning environment.

6. Right to Refuse or End a Session

New Beginnings Dog Training reserves the right to refuse or terminate any training session if, in the professional opinion of the instructor, continuing would compromise the safety or welfare of any dog, person or animal, or where a client refuses to follow reasonable instructions.

7. Photography & Video

Photographs and videos may occasionally be taken during training sessions for use on the New Beginnings Dog Training website and social media. Permission will always be sought before any identifiable images of you or your dog are published. Clients may opt out at any time.

8. Insurance

New Beginnings Dog Training maintains Public Liability Insurance and Professional Indemnity Insurance.

9. Events Beyond Our Control

New Beginnings Dog Training shall not be responsible for delays, cancellations or the inability to provide services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, flooding, fire, illness, government restrictions or venue closures. Where practical, alternative arrangements will be offered.

10. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where this would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Subject to those legal rights, New Beginnings Dog Training shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from attendance at training sessions.

11. Privacy

Personal information is collected, stored and processed in accordance with the New Beginnings Dog Training Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these Terms

New Beginnings Dog Training may amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be made available on the website.

13. Consumer Rights

Nothing within these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights under the laws of England and Wales.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the services provided shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
