Whether you've welcomed a new puppy, are working through a training or behavioural challenge, preparing for group classes or simply want to strengthen the relationship with your dog, a 1:2:1 Consultation gives us the time to focus entirely on you, your dog and your individual circumstances.

People choose a 1:2:1 Consultation for many different reasons, and there's no right or wrong one.
You may feel more comfortable learning in a one-to-one setting rather than as part of a group. Perhaps your dog finds other dogs overwhelming, you've recently welcomed a puppy and would like individual guidance, or you're working through a behavioural or training issue that needs a more tailored approach.
Some owners simply feel a little apprehensive about joining a group for the first time. Others appreciate being able to arrange sessions around work, family life and other commitments, or enjoy having dedicated one-to-one time where they can ask as many questions as they wish without feeling rushed.
Whatever your reason, we'll work entirely at your pace, focusing on the things that matter most to you and your dog.

What to Expect

Every 1:2:1 Consultation begins with a conversation.
I want to understand you, your dog and what you would like to achieve. Just as importantly, I want to understand how life looks from your dog's perspective.
A large part of our time together is spent helping you understand the 'why'. Once owners understand why their dog behaves the way they do, the practical training becomes far more meaningful and effective.
No two consultations are ever the same because no two owner-and-dog teams are ever the same. Every session is tailored to the team in front of me.
My aim isn't simply to help you during our time together. It's to give you the knowledge, understanding and practical tools to confidently continue your progress long after our session has finished.

Dedicated Training Facilities & Real-Life Environments

Depending on your individual needs, your session may take place at your home, within my dedicated training facilities or in carefully chosen real-life environments. For specialist work, I also have access to my own sheep for livestock training.

• Initial consultation lasting at least 1½ hours (often considerably longer where required).

• A training location chosen specifically to suit you and your dog.

• A comprehensive written summary following your session.

• Ongoing WhatsApp support at no additional cost.

Your support doesn't end when the session ends..
Following your appointment I'll send you a written summary explaining what we've covered, why it matters and the practical steps to take moving forward. Full ongoing WhatsApp support is included, so if your progress stalls, you have questions or you'd like me to review a training video, I'm only a message away.
